Flavonoids exert a multiplicity of biological effects on humans and can have beneficial implicationsfor numerous disease states. Flavonoids and Related Compounds: Bioavailability and Function examines current knowledge regarding the absorption, metabolism, and bioavailability of individual flavonoids and related phenolic compounds.
